 ROOM RESERVATION PROCEDURE:

It is our understanding that individuals will be contacting the hotel to make their reservations. Please ask all guests to refer to Villanova University - Ackoff Conference when placing their reservation. Your guests may contact our Reservations office at (610) 688-5800, toll free at (800) 537-3000 or via facsimile at (610) 341-3299.

GUARANTEE POLICY

All reservations must be guaranteed with a major credit card or advance deposit equal to the cost of one night's stay, plus tax. For your guests' convenience, we accept the following major credit cards: - American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and Diner's Club.

Individual reservations must be cancelled no later than 24 hours prior to intended arrival date to avoid cancellation charges of one night room rate and tax. Please obtain a cancellation number for your records.

EARLY DEPARTURE FEE:

Please inform your guests of our early departure policy: A $50.00 fee will apply if departure date is prior to date specified at the time of arrival. This fee will be waived if 24 hour notice is given to the front desk staff.

CUTOFF DATE:

Reservations must be received by Thursday, February 4, 1999. Reservations not received by the cutoff date will be subject to availability and prevailing rates.

CHECK IN/CHECK OUT PROCEDURE:

Rooms are available for check in after 3:00 p.m. and check out time is 12:00 Noon. If, for any reason, your guests arrive before check in time, we will store their luggage. We will also store luggage for those guests who may require delayed departure.

GUEST PARKING:

Ample complimentary parking is available.
